Power Projects is honored to have been selected for this prestigious assignment to perform the Grid Compliance Study for a 550 MW Hybrid Renewable Energy Project (Solar + Wind) located in , Gujarat.
This study is critical to ensure the plant meets grid connectivity, performance, and regulatory compliance requirements for large-scale renewable energy integration.
About the Study
Large hybrid renewable plants require detailed grid compliance validation to ensure stable operation under steady-state, dynamic, and disturbance conditions. This study will evaluate system performance, power quality, and dynamic response to ensure compliance with national grid standards and transmission utility requirements.
Advanced simulation tools will be used to develop detailed RMS and EMT models to validate plant behaviour under multiple operating scenarios and grid disturbance conditions.

Scope of Work
- Steady State Analysis including load flow and reactive power capability evaluation
• Power Quality Studies including harmonic analysis, flicker analysis, and DC injection assessment
• Dynamic Stability Studies including LVRT, HVRT, and frequency ride-through performance
• Active power ramp rate verification and operating frequency range validation
• Dynamic reactive power support performance verification
• Grid compliance verification as per applicable grid and regulatory requirements
The study scope includes detailed simulation-based evaluation covering both wind and solar generation blocks to ensure stable hybrid plant operation.
Key Outcomes
This study will ensure reliable grid integration, stable hybrid plant operation, and compliance with transmission utility and regulatory grid performance requirements.
This award further strengthens Power Projects’ expertise in large-scale renewable grid compliance studies, hybrid plant simulation, and advanced power system dynamic analysis.
