We are happy to announce that we have bagged a Power System Study project for a steel plant with Co-Generation Plant from Andhra Pradesh
The Scope of the project is to perform

- Load flow study
- Short circuit study
- Transient stability
- Grid Islanding and load shedding
- Harmonic measurement at site
- Harmonic analysis
- Relay Co-ordination
The plant consists of large induction furnace which is connected to weak 33 kV network which results in harmonic issues & heavy voltage fluctuation. Since the plant receives power from 33 kV weak unreliable source, Islanding and load shedding is always challenge. Wind Turbine Generators connected to the same 33 kV System results in additional complication.
