We are happy to announce that we have bagged a new project to perform power system Studies for a manufacturing plant, located at Kenya.

The plant receives supply from KPLC at an 11 kV voltage level and is fed by three 1500kVA main distribution transformers and one 2000kVA distribution transformer. Additionally, the plant has three 1250kVA DG sets to meet critical and emergency loads in the absence of utility power supply.

The Scope of work is to carry out the Arc Flash Study for the power system network at Nairobi Bottlers Limited. The Arc Flash study comprises of estimating the maximum incident energy, Arc Flash boundary, specifying the hazard / risk category as per IEEE 1584-2018 and recommending PPE category level as per NFPA 70E-2024.

The Arc Flash Study cover information on various factors including the levels of Arc Flash incident energy, Arc Flash boundary, limited approach boundary, and restricted approach boundary for switchgears, PCCs, MCCs, and Distribution board.[/fusion_text]
