The Dynamic motor acceleration study for Synchronous motor with Flux Compensated Magnetic Amplifier (FCMA) Soft Starter was performed using ETAP – Operation Technology, Inc. software. The studies brought out important observations on performances of FCMA Starter for synchronous motor.
