We are happy to announce that we have bagged a project for a waste processing company in India from Indo Enviro

The project scope is to find the route cause analysis for the frequent breakdowns in the plant. We have conducted Harmonic measurement and harmonic study in order to find the route cause of the problem. It is a 12 MW waste processing plant that uses solid waste for producing power. The power is evacuated at 66kV voltage level, The plant has three voltage levels 0.415, 11 and 66 kV. The auxiliary loads are connected at 0.415 kV. The plant is facing the equipment failures once in a three month and experiencing breakdown. The plant has the 600kW VFD drive which is the largest in the facility. There are no capacitor bank and harmonic filter connected. They suspected the failure is due to harmonics produced by VFD connected. We have done the analysis and provided them optimal solutions and recommendations.

Congratulations to Mohammad Imran and SriHari Santhosh for successful completion of the project. And Congratulations to Ajith and Selvakumar for bagging the project.
